African proverb : “If you think you are too small to make a difference, try sleeping in a closed room with a mosquito.”
that doesn’t necessarily tie into anything i’m writing about today…just came across it and i like it. it appeals both to my general sense of hope and responsibility, and to my sense of humor — which gil (repeatedly) says has a bit of a mean streak. i don’t really think it mean, so much, but i do get a kick out of people experiencing frustrating situations. even my own frustrating situations. once i’m on the other side of it, that is. certainly not during.
so tomorrow we’re hosting the spirit family reunion and nate of america in our green barn. it’s going to be awesome. completely. i can’t wait! and in honor of the event i’m having a one day sale in our etsy shop. give me the name of one spirit family reunion band member, and get 15% off your order at lovinganvil.etsy.com! (any gold orders excluded. gold’s too damn expensive and i really don’t have any wiggle room…)
ok. so on that note.
